With Shopify you export your products as CSV – you upload the same file with us. That's all there is to it.
Products → Export → CSV. The file that Shopify gives you is exactly the one we read.
In the shop panel «Import products from CSV». You first see a preview of the first products and what was recognised – only then does it start.
The products are in the panel, you check them, you press «Publish». Done.
Item number, name, description, price, category, brand, stock, VAT rate, all images and the variants with their surcharges – size, colour and whatever else you have managed.
We skip gift cards. Shopify only knows one category level – you set subcategories with us afterwards. We approximate very nested price matrices, and the import tells you where it did that.
The same mask also reads WooCommerce exports – and a backup from our own shop if you move a store.

No builder made of plugins that cost individually and break individually. What is here is included in the subscription.
TWINT and credit card via your own Stripe account – the money goes directly to you, not through us. Plus purchase on account with IBAN and reference number, and customers can save their card for next time. Refunds in full or in part, right in the panel.
Shipping classes and zones (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, EU, World), free shipping from an amount including «still X until free» display, collection in the store. With your own postal contract, the shop prints labels from Swiss Post and tracks the shipment; without a contract it creates a label itself. Delivery notes as PDF, individually or as sheets.
Invoice PDF in your colours, with logo and VAT per rate (8.1 %, 2.6 %, 3.8 % or exempt). VAT is only shown if you have entered a VAT number. Accounting export for your accountant: one line per month, broken down by rate.
Stock per product, booked under lock – even if two people buy the last item at the same time. Email warning when an item is running low, and exactly once, not every day. Cancellations and returns are automatically booked back.
Discount codes as percentage, as amount or as free shipping – with minimum order value, expiry date and redemption limit. Plus genuine gift vouchers with credit that count as a payment method and don't trigger VAT on sale.
You set the return period yourself. Customers report the return in their own account and receive a return label. The period and who pays the return postage are automatically in the terms and conditions and in the Google data – from the same source so nothing gets out of sync.
Only those who have actually bought can review – the link comes from the shipping email. Stars appear on the product, in the assortment as a filter and in Google search results.
Order history, receipts, downloads, shipment tracking, delivery addresses, two-factor login with QR code and backup codes. On request «Order only with account» – and this is enforced on the server, not just in the browser.
Also selling on-site? The checkout accepts cash, TWINT, card or account, books to the same warehouse as the online shop and creates a daily closing with payment methods and VAT per rate – store sales and online sales side by side.
Newsletter with double opt-in and unsubscribe link, cart reminder (exactly one, with recovery link), Meta and TikTok pixel, Google Shopping, limited-time offers with countdown and a welcome window with discount code.
Filter by category, brand, colour, price and rating, search, wish list and product comparison. Sitemap, breadcrumbs and structured data for Google – product, price, availability, shipping, returns policy. Visitor statistics without cookies.
The entire shop in German, French, Italian and English – products, pages and legal texts. Only what has changed gets translated.
Terms and conditions, imprint, privacy policy and the "Help & Service" page are generated from your information. Change your shipping costs, and the terms and conditions text changes with them – your own text overrides the generated one if you write one.
Your shop comes with a self-developed app. Login via email link opens directly in the app instead of the browser, and new orders arrive as a push notification on your phone – you don't have to keep a panel open to notice when someone has made a purchase.
You pay for shop extensions once, not every year again – via the same subscription. Accounting is a separate annual subscription.
Sell monthly, quarterly or annually recurring. Your customers cancel themselves in their own account.
Query from age 16 or 18 before entering the shop – for product ranges where this is required.
