Cancel subscription
Too bad – but handled fairly.
Provide your order number and the email address from your order. You will then receive an email with a confirmation link – clicking this link finalizes the cancellation. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription year – up to three months before expiration for effect on the current subscription year, thereafter for the following one – until then your website remains fully online. For Accounting alone one month applies; during the trial period you can cancel free of charge at the end of the trial.
